LOWER SHOSHONE – The river is still in pretty good shape. Look for heads up on caddis. Nymph, dry/dropper and streamer rigs are also producing.

BIG HORN / WIND – Nymphing has been the most productive method but you can also fish dry/dropper or streamers. Perdigons, sow bugs, worms, Ray Charles, blue winged olives, yuk bugs, and zirdles.

NORTH FORK – The river is now closed below Newton Creek until July 1st! Blown out.

SOUTH FORK – Blown out.

CLARK’S FORK – Blown out below the canyon. Could find some fishable water upper higher in the forest above Crandall Creek.

GREYBULL / WOOD – May find some clear water up in the forest. Nymphing and dry/dropper rigs with a stonefly or general beadhead attractor nymph will be your best bet.

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK – Closed to fishing until Memorial Day weekend 2025!

NEWTON LAKES – Chironomids, scuds and balanced leeches under a bobber. You can also strip callibaetis nymphs or head hunt with ants and beetles.

LUCE/HOGAN RESERVOIRS – Chironomids, scuds and balanced leeches under a bobber. You can also strip callibaetis nymphs or head hunt with ants and beetles.
