LOWER SHOSHONE – Flows are around 1600 cfs. Mother’s Day caddis are popping. Look for heads up in the back eddies or on the edges. Nymphing the riffles and runs or tossing streamers on the banks has also been productive.

BIG HORN / WIND – Flows are around 2200 cfs. Dry/dropper rigs on the edges are starting to pick up some fish. Nymph the seams with sow bugs, blue winged olive nymphs, perdigons, crawdads and worms or toss streamers.

NORTH FORK – The river is now closed below Newton Creek until July 1st! The river has dropped and cleared with the cooler weather and is fishing well. Fish the deeper, slower water with stonefly nymphs, bead head soft hackles, eggs and worms or swing streamers.

SOUTH FORK – The river has dropped and cleared all the way to the reservoir with the cooler weather and is fishing well. Nymph stonefllies and bead heads like prince nymphs, copper johns, pheasant tails or soft hackles on the edges or toss streamers to the banks.

CLARK’S FORK – The river has dropped and cleared with the cooler weather, especially above Paint and Pat O’Hara Creeks. Nymph stonefllies and bead heads like prince nymphs, copper johns, pheasant tails or soft hackles on the edges or toss streamers to the banks.

GREYBULL / WOOD – Slightly off color but very fishable. Nymph stonefllies and bead heads like prince nymphs, copper johns, pheasant tails or soft hackles on the edges or toss streamers to the banks.

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK – The west side (Firehole, Gibbon Madison) are in great shape. Flows are weather conditions are prime for good hatches of baetis and pmd’s in the afternoons.

NEWTON LAKES – Chironomids, callibaetis, scuds and leeches.
